This privacy policy applies to the DartiGO mobile application ("Application") created by GITSYS - PIOTR KOCOT ("Service Provider") as a Commercial service. It describes how your data is collected, used, and shared.

1. Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

The Application processes information that you provide directly, as well as data necessary to maintain system stability, security, and functionality. We do not sell your personal data.

To deliver in-app purchases and subcriptions, the Application utilizes third-party services that process data securely and in an encrypted format:

• Google Play Billing & RevenueCat: Used to manage and validate your Premium Subscription status. These services collect and process anonymous transaction data (such as subscription status, purchase date, and unique transaction identifiers) and device identifiers. The Application does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card details or bank account numbers – all financial transactions are handled entirely by Google.
• Authentication (Optional): If you choose to log in using third-party services like Google or Facebook, we receive basic profile information (such as email, name, and profile picture) to authenticate and create your account. We never receive or store your passwords.

2. Camera Permission (QR Code Scanning)

The Application requests access to your device's camera. This permission is used solely for scanning QR codes to sync, import, and export match histories or user data between devices. Camera data is processed locally in real-time on your device, is never uploaded to any external servers, and is not shared with any third parties.

3. Data Retention and Account Deletion

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. All match histories and local training data are stored directly on your device unless explicitly exported or synchronized by the user.

Users have the right to request the deletion of their data at any time. You can trandly delete your account and all associated data by using our web-based removal form available at dartigo.com/privacy/ or via the in-app profile settings.

4. Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. All transmitted data is fully encrypted during transit using standard industry secure connections (HTTPS/TLS) to protect it from unauthorized access.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
